Refunds & Exchange
We take great pride in the quality and fit of our shirts. Not only the way our shirts look and the quality of the workmanship, but the quality and colour fastness of our prints as that is the cornerstone to the Rock Gallienne look. The printers that we use have been carefully selected due to their depth of experience and the high quality of their inks.
A Rock Gallienne shirt should be one that adds colour and dynamic to your wardrobe bringing you many years of great memories and wearing pleasure. As long as you follow the simple care instructions provided under Sizing and Care, and in each of our shirts, we at Rock Gallienne guarantee all of our shirts. Should a garment be deemed faulty, we will happily arrange for an exchange or refund.
We will offer a refund or exchange on any unworn item returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
You must first notify Rock Gallienne by email, service@rockgallienne.com , if it is your intention to return an item. If you wish to make an exchange, please detail the item you are seeking in exchange in the email so we can set it aside for you while we await receipt of the returned shirt. We endeavour to replace unsuitable items to the best of our ability, subject to stock on hand.
Items are returned at the expense of the purchaser and should be returned in their original packaging with their labels intact and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
We recommend your parcel is sent back via a trackable and insured postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
You will be sent a confirmation email upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging, an additional shipping charge will be applied accordingly.
If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or if it is faulty, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which are not being returned, or if we are replacing that item, in which case we will not charge additional shipping to send the replacement.
Rock Gallienne cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizes, unsuitability or change of mind. Questions prior to purchase are encouraged and should be directed to service@rockgallienne.com
