Postage, Handling & Duties

Your Rock Gallienne shirt will arrive beautifully presented in its own box, as shown above, to the address provided in your order.

 

If you purchase more than one shirt we will only charge you the base cost of mailing one shirt - that is our discount to you for buying more than one shirt.

 

Orders are generally dispatched within one business day. In the event there is a delay with dispatch we will advise you by email.

 

Rock Gallienne uses Australia Post for all domestic and international mailing.

 

Prices, Taxes and Duties

All prices are expressed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).

 

For all customers outside of Australia, the 10% GST is not applicable and is automatically removed from the sale price when an International delivery destination is selected as part of the checkout process. This can be done when you view your Shopping Bag.

 

Please be aware that some countries, such as the United Kingdon, may charge an Import Duty, Import VAT or Tax which you may have to pay when your shirt arrives at its destination. For obvious reasons this is beyond our control and cannot be included in the purchase price. If you are unsure about what taxes may apply please take the time to research your country's import tax regulations for online purchases before you make any online purchases. The removal of the Australian 10% GST from the purchase price for customers outside of Australia will go someway to balancing this out should you be charged an import tax.

 

Postage Within Australia

> There are two options for postage in Australia; Registered Parcel Post (which requires a signature for collection) and Express Parcel Post.

 

> Registered Parcel Post will take approx 3 - 5 working days to be delivered depending on your location in Australia. The cost of Registered Parcel Post is $10.40 AUD anywhere in Australia regardless of the number of shirts purchased.

 

> Express Parcel Post will generally arrive the following working day however depending on your location it can take 2 - 3 working days for delivery. The cost of Express Parcel Post is $7.70 AUD anywhere in Australia regardless of the number of shirts purchased.

 

International Registered Post

> Obviously we want to ensure (as much as possible) that your purchase arrives at its destination safely and securely. Therefore all deliveries outside of Australia are sent using International Registered Post which will require a signature for collection when it arrives at its destination.

 

> Generally all International deliveries using International Registered post will take between 3 - 10 business days for delivery depending where you are in the World.

 

> The cost of International Registered Post is a flat rate of $23.15 AUD anywhere in the world regardless of the number of shirts purchased.
